This document including the distributor Application overleaf, if fully completed, signed by the applicant(s), the Distributor Agreement ("Agreement") between TRUSTLEAD, and the applicant(s) whose signature and other identification data appear overleaf.
1. TRUSTLEAD accepts the overleaf- identified applicant(s) as a distributor of TRUSTLEAD products and the applicant(s) (herein after individually and collectively referred to as the "Distributor") accept(s) such engagement. Distributor may on a non-exclusive basis, purchase TRUSTLEAD products from TRUSTLEAD to resell, distribute and market in the territory of India.
2. Distributor hereby confirms that he/she has entered into this agreement as an independent contractor, nothing in this agreement shall established an employment relationship, or any other labour relationship between the Distributor and TRUSTLEAD, and nothing shall establish the Distributor's position as procurer, broker, commercial agent, contracting representative or other representative of TRUSTLEAD. When purchasing and selling TRUSTLEAD products, the Distributor shall act as an independent vendor, acting in his/her own name, at his/her own responsibility and for his/her own account.
3. Distributor shall not sell any TRUSTLEAD product for a price exceeding the Maximum Retail price, Distributor may charge, at his discretion, any price that is lower then the MRP indicated on the label of any product or in any then applicable, price list issued by TRUSTLEAD.
4. Relation between TRUSTLEAD and the Distributor and all his/her activities hereunder shall be governed in addition of this Agreement, by the rules contained in TRUSTLEAD sales and marketing plan & rule of conduct thereinafter collectively referred to as Official documents. The Distributor confirms that he/she has received a copy of official documents and he/she has read the terms and conditions thereof and agrees to be bound by them in addition to this Agreement. TRUSTLEAD may amend from time to time, through notice by publication in official site any of the terms and conditions of the Official documents, if any Distributor does not agree to be bound by such amendment he/she may terminate this Agreement within 45 days of such publication by giving a written notice to TRUSTLEAD. Distributor's continued relationship with TRUSTLEAD would constitute and affirmative a) Acknowledgment by the Distributor of the amendment and b) agreement by Distributor to abide and be bound by this Agreement, official Documents and notifications.
5. This Agreement becomes effective from the date of acceptance by TRUSTLEAD of the applicant's contractual offer in the form of this Distributor Application together, a Distributor Identification Card or Amagram or upon entering the particulars of the Distributor in TRUSTLEAD Distributor Database, whichever is earlier. The Distributor Identification card is and shall remain the property of TRUSTLEAD and Distributor shall return it to TRUSTLEAD without any delay upon termination or expiration of this Agreement.
6. TRUSTLEAD is a registered Trademark of Allied ITCIM Private Limited.
7. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, India.
8. The distributorship is non-transferable.
9. The Distributor shall take appropriate steps to ensure protection of all confidential information provided to him/her by customers.
10. The Distributor shall not make any claim that is not consistent with claims authorized by TRUSTLEAD.
11. Distributors are not permitted, under any circumstances, to advertise, market or deal in any manner with any product and/or services, which are not approved by TRUSTLEAD in its network.
12. TRUSTLEAD will make/receive all payments through online mode(NEFT)/UPI/Bank Deposit etc.
13. TRUSTLEAD may reject this application for any reason, at its discretion, including if application contains incomplete, inaccurate, false, or misleading information. Any alternation or modification will be subject to verification.
14. In case, it is found that any information submitted is wrong/inaccurate or the KYC documents are forged, fabricated or altered, the Company will be entitled to take steps as per the terms of the Business Plan, including the termination of the ID and shifting of the network as per the terms of the Business Plan.
15. This agreement is entered into on a personal basis and neither this Agreement nor any of the rights or obligations of Distributor arising under this Agreement may be assigned or transferred without prior written consent of TRUSTLEAD.
16. The Distributor proposal form/Agreement at any point doesn't ensure or promote any kind of ponzi scheme, quick earning mode, money marketing, paid scheme. The earnings are purely based on the amount of product sold by me or by my subordinates/Team. I will have no claim for any kind of guaranteed monthly salary, wages, bonus, incentive etc.
17. Buyback Policy:
A) If the product is in marketable condition and is returned within 30 days of receipt of goods accompanied by the original invoice, 100% of the amount as refund will be given.
B) If the product is in Unmarketable condition and is returned within 30 days of receipt of goods refund value will be assessed by Grievance Redressal Officer and appropriate value will be given.
*Marketable refers to products that are unopened, sealed and undamaged in any form whatsoever.
**Unmarketable products are those which have been opened and its seal broken.

I certify that all of the information above is complete and correct, including my sponsoring concern. I have read and agree to adhere to the terms of this Agreement, including the Terms and conditions printed on this page. I need to only select the Business Services & Support portion of the TRUSTLEAD Registration Package to become a Distributor deciding to become an Distributor I have relied solely on the earnings representations and information contained in the plan. I certify that I have received, read, and understood the Business Opportunity Brochure. I understand that the average monthly Gross Income for "active" Distributorship.
